Anyone age 16 or older can be dropped off without an adult.

When is the water park open?During the summer, we're open daily: Monday-Saturday 11 a.m-7 p.m and Sunday Noon-7 p.m. Member Preview Weekend May 18-19: Saturday 11 a.m.-7 p.m. and Sunday Noon-7 p.m. Open Daily, May 25-Aug. 6 End of Season Weekends Only: Aug. 10-Sept. 2

Are there coupons or discounts to the water park?Water Works Park offers group discounts daily and discounted twilight admission every Monday-Friday, from 4-7 p.m.

Can I bring outside food into the park?You are welcome to bring a small ice cooler with factory-sealed drinks such as water bottles for a daily admission fee of $5 per container. A Cooler Pass for the season is available for $60. In an effort to maintain a safe environment, we prohibit unsealed fountain drinks to avoid the potential of alcohol in the park. We also prohibit commercial packaging and commercially delivered products in an effort to support our concession facilities and those employed to provide services. All coolers and bags are checked at the entrance gate.

What is the Rain Check Policy?When the park closes for the day due to bad weather, guests in the park for less than two hours may receive a rain check for each pass purchased. Guests must present their receipt for a rain check before exiting the park. Please note, we will have temporary park closures in an effort to let bad weather and electrical activity to pass by. Rain checks will not be given out for temporary closures.

How long is the Lazy River?One loop around the Lazy River is approximately 1/8 of a mile.

Can I exit and return to the park in the same day?Guests can re-enter the park on the same day with their wrist band and receipt.

How much is parking?Parking is free.

Do non-swimmers have to pay admission?Yes, the non-swimmer fee is $5.

May I bring my own lifejacket or tube into the water park?Coast Guard approved lifejackets are permitted, including Coast Guard approved Puddle Jumpers. Complimentary lifejackets are available and free to use throughout the park on a first-come, first-served basis. Personal flotation devices, such as noodles and tubes are not allowed in the park.

How long is the Competition Pool in the Natatorium?One length (or from one end to the other) is 25 yards. A full lap (all the way down and back to your starting point) is 50 yards.
