About the event
6 a.m. Transition Opens
7:15 a.m. All participants must be prepared to start, pre-race meeting, last pre-race instructions, National Anthem.
7:30 a.m. Race Starts
The swim will be in a 25 yard indoor pool.
Swim course is a snake swim - up the lane then under the lane rope and down the next.
Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile. Each aid station is equipped with water.
